- Get established in first 3 months.
- Begin to ask what other people like to do and where they are plugged into the community
- Ask if someone could recommend a good church
- Ask others if they are involved in any church
- Make friends with folks see what they like to do.
- Make sure you can share about your own relationship with God clearly.
- Make sure you can clearly present the gospel “the good news”

- See if there is a way to weekly pray together for folks in your office.
- Make friends with folks
- Ask God to open doors
- Begin to invite others in a low key way to a workplace Bible study in the community
- Begin to talk about peoples felt needs
- Don’t take away from your work time to witness to others
- Be tactful, be relational, it is a process.
1 year – 2 year
- Your work habits and character begin to really speak to the quality of person you are.
- Your consistency in your walk is a witness.
- Your verbal witness will begin to carry more weight.
- Your testimony and testimony of co-workers can be shared more easily with co-workers and friends. Do it as a team of 2 and it really softens the edge.
- Pray for God to open doors.
- Lead some studies on your own for your peers or office on felt needs, leadership, other marketplace related issues.
3 year and beyond
- Keep praying
- Keep talking about felt needs
- God will open doors for ministry in incredible ways.
